Can’t thank the boys enough they came out on Bank holiday Monday to make safe after my cylinder split and arranged to fit a new one on Wednesday. Tom arrived promptly and carried out the works efficiently especially as he had to redirect a lot of the pipe work due to the limited space. He was polite clean and did a good job

Tom arrived at the given time. His assessment of the issue was focussed and timely. He quickly obtained the necessary replacement part and fitted it promptly with no fuss or delay. A very pleasant and friendly person who had the job assessed and completed in very good time. I know where we will be looking in future should we need a plumber.

First Class - Whole House water filter and descaler installed by Luke. He is clearly proud of his work, as installation was first class, with clean solder joints and great parallel alignment of the pipes. Cannot fault them, and having them back next week to do a little more work.

I had to request an emergency call out as our kitchen tap, waste pipe and trap were leaking badly into the space below the sink. My call was answered promptly. The gentleman that answered took the details and then gave me an estimated time slot. At around the estimated time I got call to let me know the plumber (Jack, I think) was on his way. He was friendly, helpful, quick and efficient - explaining what was required and an estimated cost before he began the work. All finished in just over an hour including a quick trip to get parts. And all on a bank holiday Monday!

I rarely leave reviews, but on this occasion due to the stress I was under had to say my appreciation. We had a leaking pipe causing damage and Jake, Bromley plumbers came to our rescue. Jake was such a pleasant worker, courteous, tidy and was so helpful. He fixed the issues in record time. Thank you Jake.

Came out same day to repair our toilet and resolved the issue quickly

5* company. Investigated a leak our usual plumber couldn’t find within an hour of arrival. Costs given upfront and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We experienced a massive leak in the block of flats we live in through inadequate stop cocks and faulty fittings. The service was quick and easy to book an appointment even through a few of us having individual issues in different apartments.

Jake came to visit and liaised with all residents and helped each individual who had problems with their plumbing.

He was very friendly and approachable and ensured a thorough and good job was done on each individual flat. Continuous checks even when the job was complete and fittings in place were performed as well just to ensure no further issues down the line.

Would definitely recommend to others who have plumbing issues. Great standard of work and took time to make sure the job was done to an excellent finish.

Made a perfectly reasonable enquiry for a relatively modest job when they advertise as being 'no job too small' but clearly totally disinterested .Absolutely no reply even to say they couldn't be bothered.
Pretty poor really - at least say you cant be h-arsed.

Fantastic service from Bromley Plumbers! They came out on the same day for their standard fee (they don’t charge an emergency fee), which was competitively priced. The guy who came out (didn’t catch his name in my state of semi panic) was courteous, ultra helpful and very fast + efficient! Downstairs neighbour had a leak and the “plumber” (negative review coming up once I have found their name) who came in the morning diagnosed it as coming from my flat even though it clearly wasn’t (leak was in an alcove I don’t even have in my flat, he just wanted to quickly wash his hands off that job, that was obvious) so anyway long story short, it turns out the leak we were looking for was coming from the flat above, not mine. The Bromley Plumber clocked it within 5 minutes investigating and he accurately diagnosed the problem as coming from the upstairs boiler.. he graciously fixed the issue in my neighbour’s boiler when I’m sure some other less ethical plumbers would have said that’s not what they were called out for and would have declined to fix the issue (I’m passing on the cost to my neighbour). All this to say, I had a fantastic experience with Bromley Plumbers, I’ve saved their number in my phone and they will be my go-to now. Ethical, reliable and keen to get the job done, thank you so much!!

Replied very quickly to our enquiry and followed up by a visit to our family members house. Repaired piping to leak below at minimum distribution despite being told by another company it couldn’t be fixed and at a greater expense. Plumber was caring and efficient. Would recommend and have done already.

My thanks to Bromley Plumbers and Stuart. It is great to have a fully working modern toilet in my attic room. Also great to have a new saniflo which does not keep roaring at all hours of the day and night! All unexpected issues were resolved immediately.

We've needed the services Bromley Plumbers offer 3 times in the last month! They have cleared our drains and recognised an issue Thames Water needed to address. This saved us money and showed that they are honest and not trying to make money from us.

Our next two issues were a running toilet and fixing a valve to disconnect our old washing machine and connect the new one.

Their response time is fast, they are always so polite and the prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

Bromley Plumbers are absolutely brilliant. I've twice now had them out to help sort out blockage issues - once with an outside drain and most recently with a blocked sewage pipe backing up into my flat. They price appropriately compared to rip off competitors, they turn up when they say they will, they are polite, they clean up but most of all they do the job - and with this last job, they were the third company to come out and the only one that knew what to do and got it done within a couple of hours. Could not recommend highly enough.
