They sold me a bad battery. It holds its charge under normal usage for 7 hours and then needs charging. I’ve called and called as well as sent emails with no response. They say there is a 6 month warranty on their work but how can it be honestly honoured when they don’t answer?

I recently had my iPhone's cracked back glass repaired at this place .
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Just one week after the repair, the glass cracked again from the inside, indicating that the job wasn't done properly. When I contacted them to address the issue, they refused to replace it and instead offered a discounted rate of $120, insisting on cash payment only. This shady behavior is unacceptable. Not only did I originally pay $200 for the repair, but their insistence on cash payment raises serious concerns about their business ethics.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment for any future repairs, as their lack of competence and questionable practices have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Furthermore, when I brought the issue to their attention, they examined the glass and acknowledged that the crack originated from within, confirming it wasn't due to external damage. Despite this admission, they remained uncooperative and refused to rectify the situation. Even when I mentioned my intention to leave a negative review, their dismissive and rude attitude persisted. It's evident that this establishment lacks both integrity and customer service, making it clear that it's not a reputable place for any repair needs.
