I ordered a bird repellant speaker system. The goods never arrived and I got no contact by mail and impossible to get in contact by phone. They just do not answer at all.The order was marked "completed" in there system, but did they send it at all. Tracking seems impossible. Is this company real or did I just lose my money ?
Bought an item which, on arrival, proved to be faulty. Requested a return authorisation but my email was ignored and unable to get through on the phone. After three unanswered emails, I teturned the goods requesting a refund. Further email chasing the refund went unanswered. Eventually requested a cancellation from the credit card company.
Have been using Brocott for several years now for my enamelled wire supplies etc and have found them faultless. Technical queries are answered with a great deal of experience and my orders always arrive on or before estimated time.
No problems with them at all.
I ordered three tiny kits to flash LEDS as warning lights. When built, one worked; the other two did not. I contacted the company asking whether they were aware of a problem and received no answer. A second e-mail was answered rudely. I then returned the two faulty units and requested replacement kits, working units or a refund. All subsequent communication has been ignored.
