waste of money

I have an annual subscription but I cannot stream anything. I have error on PC and on ipad my account results with no subscription. the support does not answer, I sent them three messages and there is no other way to contact them than on the website. this was a waste of money.

“stream not found- unfortunately the stream could not be started.” I was able to watch one show then every time I tried, this message came up. Tried all the troubleshooting. $19.99/month for nada. Don’t waste your time or your money. Customer service stinks.

I wish I had canceled before the second…

I wish I had canceled before the second month was billed. Everything about the Broadway HD service is terrible, and I have it on both my Apple TV, and on my phone. It doesn’t save my login on any device - this happens with exactly 0 other apps. It starts and stops on a whim, doesn’t save progress, doesn’t have good availability, poor buffering, abysmal interface, etc. etc. etc.

The app is terrible

The app is terrible. And customer service is worse. It is not worth the money or frustration. They have to same old crap you can get on PBS and all over the internet without the exhorbitant fees and frustration .

I liked watching the plays on this site…

I liked watching the plays on this site but often the plays would show unavailable or would stop in the middle. Then after a couple of months I received an email saying that my credit card wasn't working even though I had no problems with my card and I checked with my card company who said it was fine. When I went to restart my BroadwayHD service (within 3 days) I was forced to sign up for an account that cost 3 dollars more per month. This seemed like a scam to me. I noticed that the site had a holiday special price but that link wouldn't work. Perhaps because I had been forced to sign up already for a higher price and there was not going back?
I tried to reach help/support but virus alerts kept popping up and disconnecting me. I took a big chance and turned off my AVG pro virus checker and tried to email the support/help section for BroadwayHD but the support window didn't work correctly and when I tried to submit my help request everything froze up. I don't think my request went though. This all took a couple of hours.
There are some good plays on BroadwayHD but they have a really terrible website and no way to contact to support.
I'm going to cancel my account which is too bad as this site has potential if they just had a competent web designer and some support.

Ordered a subscription for a gift for…

Ordered a subscription for a gift for Christmas. They sent me a code that did not work on ANY device they said it would work on. Have sent email and they have never responded back.
Apparently, this company doesn't care more than to take your money.
Fortunately, after I sought help from my credit card company, I was reimbursed but the recipient lost out on a timely Christmas gift and I have had to take time and energy to even get a refund.\
Don't waste your money on this outfit. They won't be in business long!
