The assessor was friendly, knowledgeable & supportive. He put my yp at ease immediately. My yp had opted for a Zoom consultation & this worked extremely well. I would urge anyone thinking about applying for support to do so. If you have Broadbent & Co as your assessors you will be met with friendliness & understanding.

My assessment was really thorough. Helen was understanding and knowledgeable, which made it easy to communicate my specific needs. Replies were fast.

Extremely helpful and very understanding. In my talk about my needs, I found my handler to be understanding, kind and very helpful. While initially scared of what might come out of the conversation, I was beyond happy with the results and the talk itself.

I was referred, by my university, to Broadbent and Co for a disability assessment. They were excellent from the initial contact all the way through to the actual assessment. My assessor Helen was kind, patient and knowledgeable assisting me through the process and paperwork needed. The DSA application can be daunting but it was an encouragement to have someone who knew the process so well. I would highly recommend this company.

I then had the pleasure of speaking to Ben, who made the assessment so comfortable and made me feel at ease. He was empathetic and understanding and did not make me feel judged or that he was just, 'doing his job,' but rather his aim was to genuinely help me. Having the same assessor for my MSc DSA Assessment made the whole process much easier. We were able to go over what I had previously, see what has changed and made new recommendations as well as continue some old ones. It was an efficient process, very well followed and I was able to get across everything I needed to even with a speech disorder.

Such a friendly and informative assessment. I was originally quite nervous to attend, but my assessor, Ben, put me at ease straight away. I feel like I have been properly listened to, far more than during my entire experience at University, and am looking forward to seeing the results of this assessment pay off during my studies.

I could sense and see Ben's professionalism during our talk. His warm social demeanour impressed me, as I felt like I was conversing with a dear friend at times. I can guarantee you that talking with Ben and having his company for about an hour was a delightful time. It was a pleasure to get to know him!!

It was very clear and efficient communication over the phone. i was trying explain all the difficulties I was facing in the university and she was suggesting the things that can help me through out.
She was listening to me and giving me time to persuade my experiences. I am very much satisfied with the assessment and the whole process.

My assessor Helen was lovely who made me feel very calm and even allowed me time to rest during the call as my conditon meant I can't look at screens for extended periods of time

Booking my assessment was very easy and I could choose from face to face meeting or a online zoom call.
Charlotte my needs assesor was so lovely ,friendly and was very patient with me she went through it all with me and made sure I was OK and that I understood everything that was happening. The process seemed daunting but it was very easy and the people at broadbent&co were always so nice and friendly to me if I had to contact them and always willing to help me. Overall it was a great professional experience. Very happy .
