Do not buy from brixamoto
i wrote a review a couple months ago saying about my ignition not tuning up. they sent me the 'rest' of my ignition but flywheel is still missing. they have now not been in contact after multiple message attempts and emails. I really don't recommend buying if your from the UK. taken nearly 5 months and guess what. my bike still cant run due to them taking there sweet time to reply. worst experience ever. the only way they will notice something is wrong is if you write a bad review.

We would like to clear up the situation regarding your ignition. After a thorough check on our side, we noticed from the courier's tracking that the package containing the rotor/flywheel was correctly dispatched, but it has recently been flagged as "returning to our warehouse".
This is why you have not received it yet, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and the communication gap during this process.

My order number 2000012765 has been without tracking updates for 50 days. I've tried every way to get a refund, but Brixiamoto hasn't resolved the issue. What terrible after-sales service this company offers! I'll have to spend time seeking my money through legal action. Think twice before buying from this company; the hassle isn't worth it.

Got exactly what I ordered
Ordered 2 windshields from them (18 months apart). Got exactly what I ordered. Windshields were received in perfect condition and were an exact fit for my bike. Shipping was very reasonable, $5 (Canadian)for first one, $20 for 2nd. Shipping times were reasonable, faster than estimated. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Extremely disappointed – avoid this store!!!!
My experience with this shop was a complete disaster. I waited an entire month for my package, only to find it incomplete upon arrival with a note saying the rest would follow in a few days. That was a lie. After waiting another two weeks, I contacted support, only to discover that the missing item wasn't even in stock—despite me explicitly confirming its availability with them twice before ordering.
What followed were 40 days of empty promises, with support repeatedly claiming they were "working on it" and that the shipment was "about to be sent." They also use a carrier that takes forever to process and deliver. After two months of being strung along, I finally demanded a refund for the missing part. While I did get the money back, the waste of time and frustration was unacceptable. Never order something from this store if you want clear mind. Highly unprofessional service.
