I was online looking for a set of van…

I was online looking for a set of van ramps that would take 200kg. I was amazed to see that I could buy a pair of excellent quality ones locally from Brits that will handle 200kg each.
I promptly ordered them on line and they arrived fairly quickly.
Exactly what I need and light enough to carry using the handles provided, and strong enough to enable me to do the jobs I need to do.

Customer service does not exist

***update*** received the bird feeding station last night however cant get the top tubes to fit this has turned into a nightmare now Customer service does not exist, i paid for a bird feeder a week ago , thr money left my bank the minute I placed the order, however no confirmation email was sent to me in regards to the order I placed. I've had absolutely no update so I tried calling and it just rings out. I've sent an email to the customer service team

Appalling Customer Service

Bought Denny composter from them through Amazon marketplace place when it arrived most bits fit together ok but lid was impossible to connect rang their customer service line sales and all other enguiries but never got answered despite several calls read their reviews most positive ones were all from people with similar Asian names and the reviews we’re almost identical in terms of praise using same words and phrases

I ordered 2 deckchairs

I ordered 2 deckchairs, received an email from Fed Ex to say they had delivered but I was out. True. But they left them and signed for with what turns out a fictitious name. We live in a small Close and there is no one living here with that name. Customer service is horrendously difficult to speak to and eventually spoke to someone who said they would deliver 2 more deckchairs today. I have neither had a confirmation from Britsgarden or FedEx. It’s a scam. The person who answers the customer service phone is incoherent and is trying to fob me off. I cannot contact FedEx to ask as you can only speak to a computer generated voice. I’m badly out of pocket so I will be contacting my bank to see what they can do.

Shocking customer Service

I ordered a garden umbrella stand and 4 weights. The stand arrived but I have not received the weights. The company are a nightmare to get hold of. I have emailed and have not received a response. When you call you receive an IVR message promoting great customer service advising agents are available to take your call, but in actually fact they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Regardless of what option you select from the IVR your call just reverts to a voicemail. Even if you leave a voice message, they never call you back. Appauling service, would not recommend this company!!
