No stock after ordered, had to refund.
Placed an order and paid only to later be told they didn't have the goods. on the plus tho the refund came the second they realized they didn't have the goods to send. i just feel like the item shouldn't have been available to order if they didn't have it.

Fab!
Initially ordered and paid for an item. I had a special request as it was a birthday present and needed it to be dispatched ASAP. Money was then refunded as it was out of stock. The next day BS emailed me saying they found the same item in a different colour and delivered to me first class to ensure I would receive item in time. I did. And it was free! Bonus!
