Ships efficiently to Singapore

Purchasing from this site has been my goto for milk products for my baby who just had so much reflux and discomfort from aptamil milk sold in Singapore. The UK milk tubs are palm oil free and much more gentle on my baby's tummy. The switch to UK aptamil moved him up from 25% to 75% percentile. The delivery is mighty efficient and everything is trackable. I had to pay some duties but nothing material. So grateful for this website and would highly recommend it.

Ordered off the website and paid

Ordered off the website and paid
Then I got a message saying order cancelled because they didn't have stock.... not the end of my world so I said exactly that so please reimburse me.
Sent another email and no response.
Disgusting service as I've had no explanation from them.
And NO MONEY !
British Gram have now repaid the money it's just a shame it took an honest review to receive it.
I appreciate the banks can take time to return monies however a reply to my two attempts with their customer service was pointless.
I await with anticipation.

I ordered an additional flavour of the…

I ordered an additional flavour of the Squeeze It drjnks; it was available, therefore, to be able to order it. However, I was informed that I would be issued with a refund due to that flavour, I presume, not being available after all. This was very disappointing because there is a very limited availability of different flavours. The system was swift though and delivery prompt. The two very small Kinder biscuits were hardly compensation!
