Incompetence
Compelling need to revise a previous review! A provisional look at my shopping cart showed dispatch from the UK, with accompanying prices re import, VAT etc (am resident in Germany!) - whereby they had proudly advertised a warehouse in NL, for easier/faster shopping etc. Enquiring about this I get asked to send a screen shot. No real apology, either. What?!
These people are not up to scratch, why should I try to resolve their digital incompetence? And correct their faulty product descriptions?
Surely any respectable tradesperson knows what they are doing? And selling? Here not. They just don't care. Too many people "in office, but not in power".
