British builders got a plumber (external)
British builders got a plumber (external) to come out to us last night to fix a few issues within the property that yorkshire water would not touch. Tony was an outstanding fella and got the job done especially at 11pm in a quiet area. Alex (property manager) had lack of communication of understanding the issues here and there but thats understandable, tony helped clear some clarifications. Thanks again Tony n British builders for the help.

Door lock failed after getting home from work. Couldn’t lock the door. Sent locksmith out within 2 hours. Lovely guy. Door fixed and works great. Highly recommend!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Called the emergency helpline on the weekenr and got a phone call a few minutes later. All relevant information was asked promptly and sent to the relevant team. One of the on duty - employees - Adam Walker was lovely and friendly.

Let me tell you, reliable principal contractors ae hard to find. British Builders are one of the good ones left out there. Fast, fair payments keep my business running smoothly. They are also great at coordinating with the project phases smoothly, Which makes our jobs easier and the project flows more efficiently.
