Helpful and friendly customer desk

I ordered a coat but unfortunately it was too big. I asked to return it but made a mistake: they helped me to choose the FedEx. I opted for a gift card to order a smaller size, got a gift card with a bonus amount. But the smaller size wasn’t available any more. I asked for a refund and got it immediately. Very helpful and friendly.

Excellent!

Having not heard of this company I was a bit sceptical but how wrong I was! Can’t fault them at all, great service all round and absolutely loved my jacket. Would definitely recommend, thank you British Attire 😊

5 ⭐ product and service!

This was my first order from the website. I found the ordering process was very easy with good communication, and fast delivery!
Product was best price available across the website and I was really pleased with the welcome discount which I was able to use against a sale item which is not normally the case (usually restricted to full price items).
All in all, very pleased, hence the 5 ⭐ review.
