I’m disabled, worked in the hotel industry over 20 years and I have been traveling for decades. It’s one of the best hotel I have ever be in. All the staff from reception day/night restaurant and cleaners goes the extra mile to make your stay a great experience and it’s a beautiful setting. I don’t know about the other branches as I have read other comments before but I’m glad I chose this one to try this Brand. I will definitely recommend and go back.

Went to the Brit Hotel in Amiens as a stop off with family. Booked with hotels.com but paid hotel direct at property.
Got into room and air-con wasn’t working. Apparently hotel full so no room change.
No offer of compensation. No apology, no manager on site at any time. Manager didn’t not call me back and hotel head office just referred responsibility to the hotel which are all “Independant”
Avoid this hotel, charge back through credit card ongoing
