Very sorry to say the service was shocking.
I was told I was having the full packing service.
2 men arrived when I said that someone was supposed to be packing the items they said that there wasn’t an extra person available
The whole process was really rushed and I had to pack the items that weren’t packed up very quickly myself because they were in such a rush.
The items were them put into storage into the storage container what I said aren’t the items supposed to be all covered as I don’t want them damaging and they said they would be fine and the storage container that they were put in would not be reopened until the items were returned back to me.
I rang the office the next day to say my concerns about my items not being wrapped properly and it all being very rushed, so she looked into it and then sent me pictures saying that they’d now put protection over the items ready for when my items were being returned to me.

Some months later they arrived in a small van and I was told that all my items had been taken out of the storage container the noght before.and placed into this van when I was previously told nothing would be touched and would be in the storage container until they were returned to me.

in unpacking all the items I found that two of my items were damaged badly and also my items were just put into the property and left really disappointed by the service unfortunately although I will say that the advisers that I spoke to on the phone and also the two Men that we’re doing my delivery on the return we’re very nice and helpful and did take pictures of the damage unfortunately I won’t I’d be using Britannia removals Manchester again

All around excellent service from our contact Avner at NorthStar Mover Co in Northridge, CA to Kate at Britannia Movers in Redhill, Surrey who kept us updated throughout the process of us moving back to the UK.
The guys (Britannia Ryans) who unloaded our 20ft container, delivered everything to our 6th floor London flat, unpacked, set up and took away all the debris were amazing - Igor, Petr, Aurimas, Lyndell, John & Cosmin - they deserve 5/5 - Brilliant work & highly recommended to others planning a big move!

Due to a last minute sale I had to arrange a move in the few days before Christmas. Britannia came up trumps & the move went very smoothly with packing on 23 December & the actual move on Christmas Eve. Many thanks for a first class service.

Absolutely amazing, Carla and her husband Cosomo were so helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble and I moved from a third floor flat to a third floor !!! So caring and they were with me for three days, it was an amazing experience when it could have been dreadful!! Please thank them and Britannia.

All the team were so friendly and helpful, professional and efficient. Taking all the stress out of our move. Their “pack and wrap” service was particularly helpful.
Very neat and tidy. Covered the carpets and stairs with “cling film“ ensuring the house was kept neat and tidy.

Absolutely brilliant, couldn't get over how smoothly it all went, can't fault them.

I chose Britannia Fleet to move my personal belongings from the UK to Germany, and the experience has been extremely stressful, unclear, and costly. I was always open and transparent about my situation: my goods were stored in the UK while I was living and working in Malawi, and I moved directly from Malawi to Germany. At no point was I warned that German customs would refuse duty-free entry because my belongings were not physically in my country of residence immediately before relocation.

Had I been given correct advice, I could easily have flown via the UK or arranged for my goods to come directly from Malawi, avoiding this entire issue. Instead, I received no guidance about the risk of duty and taxes, no explanation of the customs implications, and no support in preparing the correct paperwork. I was also never informed that additional charges might apply.

As a result, I have now been told I must pay around €600 in duty/taxes and €750 for redelivery — costs I was not prepared for and not responsible for creating. The communication has been inconsistent, last-minute, and lacking in transparency, with constantly shifting explanations and unexpected invoices. This has left me without my household goods for months and facing significant extra payments despite already paying the full quoted relocation fee.

This company has not provided the professional clarity or support expected from an international moving service, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Also, SO many items stolen which can never be replaced. Do not trust this company.

Staff are rude

Just like to say they were so professional in doing there job, took care in moving wooden furniture,and even covered furniture that needed covering. Could not fault anything. They had challenges regarding parking but with my help they managed to handle it.

Just wanted to share a great experience with Britannia Movers. They moved us in two days and could not have been more polite, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they problem solved everything I was worried about. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent, efficient company. For me, the branch was located in Exeter. The movers did a good job, came well prepared and were very friendly. The furniture was moved and returned safely. The contact with the company was very good. I was kept in the loop at all times by email and phone and they took the trouble to confirm everything in writing, so dates were clearly established. If I needed to email them, the response was fast. I would definitely use this company again.

Will, Steve and Jay were just fantastic from start to finish. Amanda was superb in terms of the upfront work to organise the process.

We cannot speak highly enough of the team. They were professional, polite, hard working and compassionate throughout. Just brilliant. Thanks again, guys.

First of all Amanda and Bill was extremely helpful patient and cooperative given our ever-changing completion date !
When our move started Anthony Darren and Jason arrived to start packing and loading the trucks. They were very respectful & courteous and then for the next 3 days everything went so smoothly especially when we arrived at our new home and they unloaded carefully, placed furniture where we wanted it etc. Always cheerful and smiling. The whole experience was spot on and first class. Thank you everyone from Jack and Nicolette Glee. We couldn't have done it without you. !!!!!

This is the second time where I have used Sammi and the team at Britannia to move my household goods internationally, and again I received 5-star service. The entire process was seamless and professional and I was kept informed all along the way. I have no hestitation in recommending Sammi and Britannia if you're after a thorough and peace-of-mind international move.

The young men who arrived on our moving date were very courteous and treated our furniture with care. On arrival at our new home, nothing was too much trouble for them.
