I have used Bristol meat machine for…

I have used Bristol meat machine for many many years but the last 3 times of going there has not been a nice experience. I was served by Steve who was rude abrupt and just not nice. He has very little people skills should not be at front very disappointed. I am thinking of taking my custom elsewhere

Bought some pork belly amongst other…

Bought some pork belly amongst other things. The pork belly contains more bone than meat and doesn’t even taste of pork disgusting service wouldn’t even let me off £1 after spending £50 AVOID AT ALL COSTS EGGY SMELLING MEAT AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Quite often they send what I havent…

Quite often they send what I havent ordered. I ordered chicken legs and they sent breast when i emailed them i was told the breast are dearer, its not what i wanted. Also order marinade lamb chops and they send plain. Today I received gluten free sausages which i never ordered . Cant get to chat to anyone .Terrible service will never buy online again

No show of Meat Van

Hi

I am sat in car park waiting for the 11am Meat Van at Little Stoke Community Center. Where is the van?

I have £100 cash in my pocket to spend but if van is not here in next 5 mins I will spend it at Marks Meat Van tomorrow which always turns up on Thursdays at Willowbrook Centre.
Shame as I prefer your product.

I am a busy self employed bloke and time is money. You can’t advertise being somewhere on Wednesdays at 11am a not turn up!!!!

Call your office number and nobody there either

I bought some meat from this company…

I bought some meat from this company when i opened the chicken it had a eggy smell i have contacted the seller to ask him why it has an eggy smell but he has not told me.All he told me was the meat comes in 2or3 times a week and he packed my order his self.I don't feel it's safe to eat this meat so i asked the seller if he could arrange for the meat to be picked up because i cannot afford to cover the cost of returning the meat.But he has not done that i have told him i do not want a replacement i want a refund i don't see why i have to cover the cost of sending it back i never asked for the meat to be bad.I paid £59.95 for this meat and it's taking up space in my freezer.I will never ever buy any thing from this seller again nore recommend him to any of my family and friends the only way to get my money back is take him to court i can't afford to do that.He has ignored the letter i was advised by citizens advice to send him that cost me £7 to send my next thing i would have to do is send him another letter and waite another 14 days for him to reply thats would cost another £7 to send i would expect he would ignore that too.
