AVOID – Extremely disappointing experience with Brisk Maintenance

I’m extremely disappointed with the way Brisk Maintenance has handled my outstanding invoices.

I completed work for the company and submitted my invoices, but despite repeatedly chasing the payment, I am still waiting to be paid. I have contacted them several times by text message and phone, yet they have failed to respond or even provide a basic explanation as to why the invoices remain unpaid.

The most frustrating part is not simply the delay in payment — it is the complete lack of communication. Ignoring repeated calls and messages when money is owed is, in my experience, incredibly unprofessional and shows very little respect for the people and businesses carrying out work for you.

If you expect people to complete work for your company, the absolute minimum you should provide is clear communication and payment of legitimate invoices within the agreed terms.

This has been a thoroughly frustrating experience, and based on how my outstanding invoices have been dealt with, I would think very carefully before taking on work for Brisk Maintenance.

I reported my boiler issue which was no hot water to my agent in the morning, and within a few hours Brisk sent out one of their plumbers to attend who was very friendly and rectified the issue swiftly. Great experience all around from a very helpful team.

Repair to fire door remains incomplete after a number of months and many many phone calls to Brisk. Door is actually inoperative after Brisk attempted to repair, and after calling have claimed the job was completed, This is despite the engineer on the day clearly saying that the job was not completed. Lodged a complaint with Brisk, still no action or even a returned call. Absolutely appalling service from Brisk. Go elsewhere.

Brisk maintenance did a good job in replacing all the wall tiles in my washroom and panelling after a leak. They did a good job and would like to mention Amrinder for his exceptional hard work. Would recommend.
