I agree with all of the reviews on Trustpilot. I, too, was duped into thinking this was a high-quality toy. It isn't. Assembly is required - stickers are included separately. I would't have minded putting stickers on if only the plastic Stackrobats actually stacked. Even placing one of them on a flat surface is wobbly. The company offered me 25% back and 25% off my next purchase. Really not acceptable. I told them if they improved the product I would take an exchange. Hoping I will hear from them, but their responses thus far have been completely automated. Hope there are some conscientious humans working there.

It seems like we are many who were cheated. I also placed an order on Dec 7th and have not recived anything yet. No way to track the order, and the courier they hired is simply not delivering, saying in their track system that they have tried to find you and you were absent (in a lock down period on for example a Saturday at 1am). Really dissapointing, do not but in this company!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 games for Christmas presents at the beginning of Dec. Charged my credit card immediately (and should not have charged it until product shipped). Virtually no way to contact company. Signed up for shipping updates - only info was that a label had been printed (but product had not gone anywhere). Numerous emails to their info@ email address just kept saying here is tracking # but it either came up invalid with the USPS or had never been received. Filed a dispute with CC company (and my CC company is excellent about disputes, yours may not be so good). This finally got Brilox's attention. Finally received the 2 games today (too late for Christmas and had to go purchase other gifts). Was shocked at the poor quality - barely more than something you would buy from the dollar store or $5 Under store - about as low-end and cheap as things could get. Total for 2 games was $69 and I wouldn't pay $5 each if I saw them in a store. Total crappy products. Would have been embarrassed to give as a gift anyway - going to donate them to charity. This was an ad through Facebook. Last time I will ever order anything I seen on a Facebook ad.

I agree with everything said about these toys. They took a month to be delivered, no tracking, then not worth having- cheap plastic, no pictures etc. That’s $50 I’ll never get back!

Low quality and overpriced. Paid 40.94 for a double set of stackrobats that is now on Amazon for 22.99. Shipping took forever. Cheap plastic, you have to put the stickers on yourself. They say 30 day returns but return is not paid and is to UK, when I am in the US. Rip-off.

Extremely disappointed! I feel like an idiot. I placed an order 11/18 and I still have not received anything. Tracking info is invalid. Customer service are robots.

Screw people who are this worthless to scam on people. Beware and DO NOT purchase anything from this site. They need to be shut down.

Very bad experience! Seems to be scam or a fake shop. Never received my order, tracking-ID invalid. Scripted mails by "customer service". Don't buy there!!!

If there was a "no star" rating, I would use it. When these finally arrived I was so disappointed. They look to be wooden blocks, but they are flesh colored hollow plastic, and the people drawings are stickers that you have to peel off and stick on the hollow plastic form, which is not easy to get them in the correct spot. I have never been so disappointed in a product in my life and I wish I had thought to read the poor reviews before buying. I am trying now to get my credit card company to deal with this company and get the charge taken off my statement, because I have tried contacting the seller, but they never answer.

I purchased from this website after seeing a Facebook ad for the "Stackrobats" toy. I purchased the Stackrobats, as well as the Draw With Lights. I received my order after it's 21 day journey from China. The products are NOT what were represented via ads nor on their website. They are TERRIBLE quality. I will not be giving these to my child. I really hope that the seller refunds my money - that would redeem part of this experience. Do NOT shop this website.
