Fantastic online experience
Website was easy to navigate and designing a ring was fun. When I had a question the team member on chat was friendly, efficient and helpful. I was really impressed that she also emailed me the information proactively without me even having to ask. I’m usually hesitant when I can’t go to a shop to try something but Brilliant Earth made buying tailored jewellery from the other side of the world easy!

Zero updates. Over 40 days with no update on what the status was. Ordered Sep 14 only update I got was tracking number the day before it got sent out for delivery Oct 26. Item is great but the lack of communication from this company is baffling

Good hoops for birthday gift
My daughter and I came to the Santa Monica, CA store and immediately as we enter the store we are greeted warmly and offered water, chocolate and cookies!! Of course I let my daughter dive into the chocolate as I searched for the perfect gold hoop earrings for my fiances' birthday! The staff were really awesome in letting me take my time and didn't pressure me into anything like other stores have. We will be coming back again for other gifts! Thank you!
