My wife and I a little disappointed. We were anticipating a good deal, but when all costs were factored in, our glasses were as expensive as usual. We're about equally frustrated with the quality of the frames, which tend to want to fall off your face if you lean over, but my wife, especially, had to have her lenses redone once in order to get the prescription correct. I was anticipating German quality excellence, so it's a bit disappointing.

Went to get my glasses I don't think it was even my prescription. Had a different last name on it but he said they were mine. I went back to the Asian man and told him that I could not see out of them that everything was distorted and his way of saying well you're the one that give me the prescription.He did absolutely nothing about it never once wore the glasses more than 5 minutes.I went and spent $500 at a regular eye doctor and got myself a pair of progressive lenses with non glare which is what I requested from him. It was a waste of money and he never offered to do anything to fix the problem.I definitely will never refer anyone to him.

I was a bit hesitant about them since my original appointment was before covid and the business they sent me to was closed for an emergency. I called brillen because I not only took the day off for this appointment but also paid for parking before heading over. It was really inconvenient.

They contacted me offering me a better discount than I originally had and sent me to another location. That guy was amazing.

I love my brillen progressive glasses. would highly recommend for low price and decent quality.

I have several pairs of Brillen eyewear and I find the brand to be an excellent value. The lenses are durable and my eyesight is great with them.

Probably the best lenses I’ve ever purchased. They are crystal clear, seem almost indestructible, and are a tremendous value compared to other high-end options.

I love the product and I will be a repeat customer.

if I could give negative stars, I would, because I paid for glasses that I never got. The first glasses came with incorrect prescription, so they were sent back to get corrected, & then I never received anything.

I texted & emailed Brillen many times with no response. The optometrist said they stopped using Brillen due to so many problems. So I am out of $$ for nothing!

What can I say. Was very ez and simple to do

While I love the lenses, the selection of frames to choose from were not modern or stylish. In addition, it took 4 weeks to get my glasses-way too long

Everything was perfect for me. Recommending Dr. White to everyone.

Not expensive but feels like it, the value is off the chart.

Very professional and good selection, I have only one problem with my new glasses, they are a little bit small so I will have to bring them in for adjustment or possibly get a different frame , lens are perfect

I was really excited to try these lenses. Unfortunately, it wasn't the experience I expected. First, the available frames we're to big at the preferred optical. I'm still having problems them sliding if my face. This were my first tri-lenses, I understand there is a getting used to them period, but they were any different than other lenses. The lenses themselves get dirty easily. Keeping them clean us a hassle. I've had better lenses in that respect. Overall I was not impressed.

I found an excellent glasses dispenser through Brillen and love the glasses that were made for me.

Quality , precise lens with great promotion pricing

The frames and progressive prescription were perfect but the scratch coat wore off quickly and the lens got cloudy spots.

Nice frames. The usual professionally made lenses.

I would have chosen 0 stats if possible. I still have not receive the glasses after a year.
