Over a month still dont have glasses, dont trust this company!
Over a month since my RX was sent, still no glasses. I paid at the time of placing my order for my glasses through my appropriate Optician. They have not heard one word from Brillen about the status of my glasses. I am so angry because I am struggling to see and I need my new RX. I am cancelling my order and telling my optician that I want my money back and they can duke it out with Brillen to be paid back. I wrote to the company 3 weeks ago and then a week after than so in the last month I have reached out to them 3 times for a status and they did not respond. Not even a Canned response.
