I dealt with Brightstone Law during my property sale, and I have to say that Jonathan Newman is one of the least helpful solicitors I've ever dealt with. The other staff at Brightstone similarly take a long time dealing with queries.
It is well known that solicitors are not necessarily the most time conscious individuals. This firm really do take slow and poor service to a new level. I can only comment on the property department. My experience is that they do not act in a diligent professional manner. Should you be contemplating using them and your transaction is in any way time sensitive, I would strongly urge you to find another firm!!
