Bright Star Buddies offer a huge variety of colors & designs for your dog tags & collars. They are easy to order from & custom make and delivery is super fast.
Ziggy is an 8.5kg Cavoodle and wears a S (29-44cm) collar and looks a super cool dude with his color combo collar.
Tough, durable & hard wearing they do the job.

A harness is a harness right- wrong
A harness is a harness right? Nope definitely not. I’ve purchased 2 harnesses from other sources and was so disappointed in both, either not adjustable or sizing charts were so wrong. Not with Bright Star Buddies. I checked the sizing chart against the breed of dog and then my puppies measurements. They got it perfect! The harness is well made, comfortable feeling and my puppy loves putting her harness on and going walkies. She has her name and contact details on the harness and it looks great on. The harness doesn’t pull on her neck and hugs her beautifully with room for adjustments. There is a wide variety of colours to choose from and the quality doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

I am so happy with the Bright Star Buddies product and furthermore their incredible customer service. The first tag we received, our mischievous puppy managed to ruin so I contacted BSB and they sent me a replacement straight away. We repositioned the collar so Teddy couldn’t destroy and it has been PAWFECT!!!! ( note Teddy can ruin a nuclear submarine )

We ordered the harness with personalised name labels and a blue personalised collar - both are beautifully made and very secure. The personalised collar was scratched by my dog and became hard to read but the customer service was exceptional and a replacement was organised - through no fault of the company! Could not be happier with our products and the intimate service from a family owned business. Thank you!

I purchased a collar for a previous dog…
I purchased a collar for a previous dog and the loop pulled apart when the dog pulled which left the dog able to run away. Gratefully it didn’t.
In a more recent order with a new puppy, the tag snapped off during regular play at a dog park. Their products are simply not well made or very strong. In discussions with CUSTOMER SERVICE there are five star rating on their website is only five stars because they remove any review that is not five stars.

That is safe and on top of the harness you can just grab your dog if another dog is to attack 
My dog bear two year-old Shih Tzu absolutely loves it. When we go for a walk with the old harness I had to put out of his face. This one he doesn’t touch his face. I love the way he doesn’t choke him. I’m so happy I found this company Brightstar buddies great job. Well done and I definitely be purchasing the second lot. Thank you very much.

Not worth it
The collars are way too big for a cat and the material and workmanship is no better than what you’d get from Kmart.
Because the collar is so big, by the time you shorten it for an average cats neck, it covers up the personalisation. Plus it doesn’t come with a belt which is also annoying.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing from Bright Star Buddies. Quality is poor and they sent me a large leash instead of a small because they were out of stock! Instead of letting me know or maybe not taking the order they want me to pay to return it and they will give me a partial refund. I’m sorry .. what?
They also advertise express shipping 1-3 days and so I paid extra to have it arrive earlier and it arrived late! They offered to refund delivery but that hasn’t happened and I’m not holding my breath. Do not recommend!

Collars are pretty thin/narrow/flimsy/ordinary quality for the price. I’ve bought better and paid less from Temu. Will be interesting to see how they wear.

I’m one very happy 100% impressed customer, you have with your harness have given life back to our girl. We have a 42kg female Doberman 4yrs old that suffers anxiety to the point we’re it’s impossible to walk her, we have tried everything & vet intervention nothing was helpful
I came across a lady walking her dog with your harness & I did some research and purchased your harness.
Today I received my new harness & wasted no time to test it out with the no pull d ring, today with tears in my eyes was the first time I could walk my girl out in public, not only did your harness do as it suggested it looks fabulous as well.
Thank for the bottom our hearts for giving my girl the opportunity to be out and walking it lifted her spirits as she walked without pulling, screaming and jumping all over the place , no barking just lovely walking it was like to good to be true but for an hour she walked and loved every minute off.

Throughout the whole process, I had highlighted my concerns to receive the goods before Christmas. With only 10 days to Christmas placing the order I had the insurance that they would do whatever they could to ensure I had my problem.
The product arrived but he looks fantastic but is exactly as the website described.

I found the ordering process difficult to navigate. It would not let me out in my address details unless it was automatically prompted but none of them were mine. I put in my payment t option and it then repeatedly asked me for a payment option. I was unable to proceed.
