Recently had an assessment

Recently had an assessment for our daughter of 9 years. Steve was very understanding and very accommodating. You can tell he is very passionate about getting an accurate outcome diagnosis for your child. He did lots of tests to gather as much information to see what these test indicated. He also did an indepth Ados assessment with my daughter. His communication style really put me at ease and Steven explained everything. Steven has a wealth of knowledge in the NHS and privately. Steven wears different hats and certainly impressed us with the knowledge he had with adhd autism and sensory processing disorders. Steven also has a family himself so instead of a textbook professional, we felt he was very relatable and very practical in his suggestions of recommendations. Just wanted to say a massive thankyou from all of us for finding the outcome for our little girl.Steven also is extremely responsive and will go above and beyond. What I found amazing he undertook a complimentary phone call to gather more information to say whether he felt an assessment was necessary with the information provided. This also put us at ease being able to have a conversation before the assessment and knowing if he was going to be the right proffesional for my daughter.Having rung around a few places before coming across Steve what was quite rare I found was to be able to speak directly with him pior to the assessment and to ask many questions ourselves. All of the other ones we rung we found we could only speak to a receptionist,Which wasnt a very personal experience, with Steve was so nice to be able to speak directly. adding a very personal touch to his services. Steve is very welcoming and kind.Steven also has taken the time to write a book to help to support families on the spectrum. In regards to prices I would say Steve is actually one of the best rate wise and actually makes you think you dont need to spend thousands on an assessment for the same assessment. Also value for money Steve actually invested more time in information gathering, compared to other companies out there charging so much more and the after care has been amazing unlike other assessment my freinds have attended.I was impressed how the information is run past an MDT before being told a diagnosis.
