Absolute dump. Signed up for the $50/m package to find out there are no "credits" to run rank reports, which is literally all I need. Have to pay for "addon" on every single location. Be aware. This is a scam.

I'm concerned by your comments, so please allow me to outline what elements (specifically around ranking reports) are included as part of our $49 per month multi-business plan.
You can run up to 6 locations Local Rank Tracker reports per month (this includes up to 50 keywords per report too).
We also provide you with 1000 credits to our Local Search Grid tool - credits used per report correlate to the grid size used and also the number of keywords.
We generally say the Multi-business plan is suitable for up to 6 locations - and you also have access to run reports on our Citation Tracker, GBP Audit, Reputation Manager and Local Search Audit. If you would like more information of each of our plans, we do have a pricing table available on our website: https://www.brightlocal.com/pricing/ not only that, but we offer all customers a free 14 day trial to evaluate if the tool is suitable for their needs.
You can of course purchase additional credits at a reasonable cost for individual tools if ever required, but we try to provide as much value as possible within our base plans - so I can assure you we would never 'scam' our customers.
The only tool that isn't included as part of a subscription and works on a pay-as-you-go basis is our Citation Builder. However, it's worth noting that no subscription is required if you were ever interested in using that service.
I wasn't able to find an account associated with your name (perhaps you're abbreviating for the ease of using Trustpilot) - but I'd be very keen to discuss this review with you in more detail as I believe there has been a misunderstanding.
