Brightlife direct has been a good source of compression Garments for many of my patients. As a lymphedema therapist I have sent many patients to this company and made purchases on their behalf as well as for my supplies. I however have one complaint- the shipment time is killing me. Please look into making the time between order and shipment less than 1 weeek. In my experience this does not include shipping time. That's my only complaint. This is a great place with plenty of hard to find stock, but shipping is too lengthy

Easy to use site good selection affordable prices

Brightlifedirect has been extremely great to work with. Compared to other online business they have went far beyond the service you get with others. You are able to understand the people you talk with and they answered my questions and even gave me a discount to help me with the large dollar amount of my order. I appreciate all that they have done for me.

Excellent products at a good price. I appreciate that BrightLifeDirect is sending me a pair of Allegro compression socks as a free gift for customer appreciation. Not many companies show appreciation for their customers with free products.

The rep that I spoke with was very knowledgeable in answering all my questions about size and materials. He truly helped me with making a purchase.

I have not received my delivery. And no update if its been dispatched. I checked via tracking and says its been delivered bit not got my parcel.

I looked around and even got a customer made glove in Thailand to treat my lymphedema however once the Thuasne® Mobiderm Standard Glove arrived it has been my saver.
Since I’m in Hong Kong it takes time to be delivered however the company has a very good customer service and arrived in great condition!
I’ll definitely keep using this shop and brand

This shop is my first choice for compression garments. I've been buying from them for years. Only one mistake and it was immediately corrected.

I LOVE MY THIGH HIGH SUPPORT SOCKS. THEY FEEL GOOD AND I LOVE THE COLORS.

I have been ordering from this site for 8+ years. My orders come within a week. Have had only one mistake in all this time. Called customer service and it was corrected. Customer service was very helpful and courteous. They also offer incentives, buy 2 get one free and point system.I highly recommend this site.

It is so easy to order and receive free shipping in two weeks. I've ordered with Brightlife for years, they have the best variety in compression garments out there. Customer Service is always available when I've needed them.

The site has so many brands you are bound to find what you want. I prefer the Allegro brand, they are made in the USA and they are made well. Prices are very competitive and I appreciate the specials when they come around. Easy to navigate the site and shipping is sent out quickly (although it can take time to receive) and shipping cost is very reasonable.

Highly not recommended! U won't get your order and won't get refunded! Only weirdos at customer service, waste of time to deal with!

I am very happy with the products I purchased. My only complaint would be that when I received my order, even though the box said the correct item was inside, it was the wrong item. The process to return it and get the right item was easy and fast. Their customer service dept was very helpful.
