So far so good! Simran did an excellent job with the onboarding process. I am anxious to get my info uploaded and start using the platform.

When I see that everyone loves Bright HR; s services, I know by experience that something doesn't smell right! LOOK under the pile of clothes for dog poop.>

It was a pleasure onboarding with Simran. she was very patient with my questions and very thorough in her explanations.

I absolutely love working with Tyson. He is kind, caring and passionate about his job. If I call/email he is quick to reply if he isn't helping someone else. He always does a follow - up call to ensure every thing was okay with the service that was received.

I am delighted in every way. Every single HR and Health and Safety requirement is now taken care of without a hitch. And they provide everything, even two portals for our employees and our leadership at such a low cost. I am a growing, but relatively small company and now, I have a full HR department. I could not be more pleased. All the Peninsula professionals are just that: professional. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient and proactive! They do everything that I feel too busy to do. I have felt overwhelmed by all of our obligations as a corporation. Peninsula has eliminated that overwhelm. They have quickly solidified and strengthened our company through comprehensive company policy manuals for both HR and H&S that they have entirely written up with my input. They write up all of our employment contracts and other policies and they make everything compliant to my province of Nova Scotia, Canada. I cannot believe this. I am beyond pleased. I aspire to build a company that is as effective and helpful as Peninsula.

The experience was much needed. What I felt was great is the facilitator or trainer is patient, and very helpful in allowing me to go through the process at my pace. She also would redo sections with me if I requested. Repetition will be important for a handy site such as BrightHR

Simran was very helpful, clear and concise as she walked me through the set up of BrightHR. She answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my experience before we ended the session.

Syed, provided excellent training and was very helpful in going over any issues that I had and helped to show me what to do - look forward to speaking with him in the future when I have an issue - excellent work Syed - keep it up.

Syed Huq was an amazing guide to help me learn more about the Bright HR system.
His knowledge of the system was fantastic. He was polite, engaging and I could tell he really cared about my comfort with the system. I almost asked if he was a part-owner, because he approached me with an owner's mindset. As someone who recently managed over 80 service reps at a large Insurance Co., I would have LOVED to have Syed on my team.
Overall, I will start using more of the amazing features on Bright HR and I look forward to the new updates coming soon, especially payroll.

The on-boarding process is very well organized. Claudia Lordelo provided support and assistant at each and every step and helped us getting onboarded to the system with all our employees, Super quick and efficient in her responses, all in all had a great experience with her.

Claudia is very informative with onboarding the system to me. She walked me though each step of the platform and answering all my questions throughout the process. Had 2 meetings with on the different platforms that they have. Broke it down easier for my head to comprehend all that they offer. Much respect to Claudia for all her help and patience with me. Looking forward to working with BrightHR.

The onboarding process is amazing, there is support everywhere! The staff are so knowledgeable about the software. I had help from Simran, she was a outstanding, very patient, going above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Simran and BrightHR Canada!!!
