There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

This company does not reply to emails or messages sent through messenger and Instagram. They have no phone number either!
If you have an issue such as I do, there is no possibility to have it resolved.
Because of this I would not recommend them.

I inadvertently thought there was a…
I inadvertently thought there was a plug to an outlet on the end and not a USB hookup. I need to go purchase a USB outlet plug for the gift. I love it was received in a timely fashion with the engraving. It lights up beautifully. The box it came in was dented though. Thank you.

The nightlight is beautiful. I’m glad that I ordered it. I also ordered the Nightlight after reading the reviews.
The waiting time for delivery was earlier then expected. Was to be delivered between June 6 to the 9/23 Received it on May 25, 2023.

I wish the product came with it's own "charging block". Having to purchase one is inconvenient.
I've ordered one of your nightlights in the past, & was very pleased and satisfied with the product itself and prompt delivery. I placed my 2nd order on 4/13/23, received it on 4/22/23, and delivered it to a delighted new mother that very day! It was her first personalized gift for her son. I am VERY satisfied!
