I was recommended Rachel by a friend who previously had her help with their mortgage. From the start Rachel was so knowledgeable, friendly and quick to help. I initially called for advice on potentially mortgaging a property just to see how feasible it would be, and she gave open and honest input. Throughout the process she was always prompt to respond to emails or calls, helped with any questions and was always speedy and on it. I also had help from Evie throughout the purchasing process. She called in every few weeks to check how things were progressing which was really nice and reassuring. She also helped to arrange life insurance, along with Rachel. Again both of them were really helpful, fast at responding and I was able to trust that they would look into and sort anything that was needed.
