The product is good and exactly what I had in mind. However, the shipping experience was poor. You sent an email saying the item was shipped and would be delivered on a certain day, but days later you sent another email saying it would be delivered two days later than that. In the scheme of things it is a small matter, but this shipper, FedEx, has frequently needed to revise its planned delivery date. My family and I have gotten several deliveries each week for a year now, and while Amazon and UPS and other shippers have figured out how to correctly predict delivery, FedEx continues to get it wrong more than half the time.

My handle repair kit was shipped the day following my order and doing the repair myself was easy and quick. The only issue was delivery was through the US Postal Service - they are the worse carrier in the world. It took 8 days to arrive.

I love my Briggs & Riley products. I really like the fact that I can order self repair items to take care of at home instead of having to send my luggage in which is also great service and they go over the luggage to make sure everything is taken care of.
What I don't like about the self repair is the they charge you $10 per item for shipping and I think we all know that's ridiculously high! I ordered two new wheels and four new zipper pulls for a total of $40 to ship though the items are marketed as "FREE". Seriously Briggs & Riley...you are better than this. The package couldn't have weighed more than 4 pounds and you can ship USPS any weight up to 70 pounds for ~$12.00. Negotiate a better contract with FedEx or look at other options. You have a stellar product but you're not making any friends at $10 an item to ship them.
Website is intuitive and easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for and was able to checkout with no issues.

briggs and riley is as good as it gets.
i wish they offered covers for all their checked suitcases as airlines are not keeping their baggage handling eqpt and areas clean and of course their goal is to destroy as many suitcases as possible.

What can I say. This is my 5th B&G luggage. I purchased 1 carry on to try out. Ever since then I’ve been telling everyone, just buy it. It may seem pricey, but when you calculate a lifetime of traveling even just once a year. The cost will turn into pennies. I gave my 1st carry on B&G to my father-in-law. And purchased a whole new matching set. The quality, functionality and style is 2nd to none. I actually purchased 4pcs of the torq style. 1 carry on, 1 large standard style check in and 2 medium trunk style check in. I’m happy with all of it. But I’m especially happy with the trunk style. Why? It’s much more stable in staying upright, when I attach my snowboard bag, which weighs 60-70 pounds with all my snow gear stuff in it to the top handle of my check in, Also, the free monogram personal initials on your luggage, gives it a professional security identification touch. They truly stand behind their family tradition unconditional warranty. An airline broke my handle on my 1st B&G luggage, the airline sent it to B&G, it was promptly repaired and returned to me in Hawaii at “No Charge” Much Mahalos!! B&G
