Ordered item yesterday, item was shipped straight away and arrived today! I was a little concerned as never ordered from them before and never received any tracking numbers but I will definitely be ordering from them again! 10/10 service!

Very happy with my Loake hiker boots. Really well-made with a proper Goodyear hand-sewn welt, excellent fit, half-price (!) and 24-hour delivery via DPD. Thank you Brigdens.

Shocking customer service. Ordered an expensive BOSS coat from them, size 46. They sent a size 56 and refused to refund return postage, stating they had 'corrected' the brands sizing. It has been a long time since I have come across customer service like this... I recommend looking elsewhere if you want something that fits!

In-person visit to the Burton store. Very welcoming staff, personal attention, and a good range of high quality clothing.
Prices are very reasonable for such good quality, and although you can buy cheaper either online or at big retailers, there is no doubt that you get better value by buying from a specialist tailor. They keep a good selection of sizes in stock, and offer an alteration service to ensure a great fit.
I bought a Magee 2-piece suit. The cloth is fantastic, and every bit as good as a Magee I bought 40 years ago.

Always helpful and friendly with a good range of products to suit all budgets, rang on Saturday to enquire if a pair of boots in my size were in stock in Derby, they were, so asked if they would put them to one side for me and I’d call in and collect them on Sunday or Monday morning, they took my name.
I collected them this morning, excellent service as usual.

I urgently needed a dark lounge suit for an imminent wedding, so of course I went to Brigdens.
Rylan listened to my requirements and rapidly fitted me out with the perfect suit. He even produced a matching waistcoat as a bonus.
He was friendly, professional and efficient. He even managed to expedite alterations to the trousers so that all will be done in time for the wedding.
Great shop, great clothes, great service!

Brigdens derby suite hire … the best man’s trousers were 4 inches too short and his granny had to lengthen them and the grooms trouser seam came undone at the left thigh and had to be held together with safety pins … very disappointed. We hired suits 4 years ago and everything was perfect but this year it was a terrible service… won’t use them again .
