The whole team celebrated my launch day with me on a group call. Cake, confetti, the works. Completely unnecessary but incredibly thoughtful. The interior formatting looked great on screen but when printed the margins were way too narrow and the text felt cramped. Had to go back and forth three times to get it fixed and each revision round took two weeks. Simple stuff that should have been caught the first time around.
