Extremely poor customer service. Deliberately delay, fail to action, and don't follow up. AVOID!

Highly professional and helpful staff who can deal with most issues in a few minutes. In the event of technical issues they are extremely efficient at resolving them and keeping you updated. I have been very impressed with their service and only wish other companies could be this efficient, needless to say I would totally recommend this company.

We recently appointed Bridge Fibre to install a point-to-point Wi-Fi connection and IP phone system at our premises in Hillington Park, Glasgow. From enquiry to completion everything was handled in a quick and efficient manner. Their after-sales and support have been excellent and the staff very pleasant to deal with. Bridge Fibre - Excellent

Bridge Fibre have recently provided us a fibre internet service at our offices, and from the proposal stage to delivery they have been responsive and helpful to all of our own internal requirements. The installation itself has been ultra smooth with no disruption at all to our office and Bridge team have made sure that we're kept well informed along the way.

I would urge you to try these guys out if you're looking for 5 star service, and that's before I mention the blisteringly fast speeds we're now getting !
