Unprofessional: 11 Days Unpaid & Team Access Revoked Without Notice
I am writing this to warn others about the unethical business practices of this company. Our entire team in the Philippines completed 11 days of work, for which we were scheduled to be paid on May 5, 2026. Instead of receiving our hard-earned wages, the following occurred:
Sudden Termination of Access: Our access to the CRM (SimplicityCollect) was cut off without any prior warning or exit interview.
Communication Blackout: Management has ignored all follow-up emails regarding our missing pay.
Blocking Leadership: They have gone as far as blocking our Team Lead to avoid accountability.
It is deeply ironic that a company specializing in debt collection refuses to pay its own debts to its staff. We fulfilled our professional obligations; the company has failed its legal and moral ones.
I strongly advise anyone—whether a potential employee or a business partner—to be extremely cautious. A company that treats its workforce this way is not a reliable partner.
