Wow I wanted to order my wedding dress in here but not after reading all of these bad reviews. Not way I thought to spend 10 thousands on my dress but I would never give any benefits to rudeness , unkindness and disrespectfulness . Not way .. 😞

Exceptional service! Made me feel like a princess

It was packed in a box much smaller than expected, but the dress was in fine condition. Also I ordered it in a custom size and it fits very well. I might have the chest part taken in a tiny bit but if my wedding was tomorrow it would definitely suffice. And like the title implies the dress looks exactly like the photo only mine looks gold instead of red. If I have any problems with the dress in the future I will update my review, but as of now I am completely satisfied and think it's a great value!

Bought a few gowns here but the main gal is a bossy know-it-all. She's rude and opinionated! They lead you to believe that alterations are easy and that they can sell you the matching fabric! They'll only give you their list of seamstresses after purchasing their gown. RUN! Their alterations gal is a fraud and a con artist and will destroy your dress after forcing you to pay cash only up front!!!

Terrible customer service. I literally did not get a word in and I hear the lady whisper to someone else and say, "This is the lady that keeps calling." Keep in mind, this is the first time I was calling... I proceed to continue without calling her out on her rudeness (even if I had called, it's rude to say), and ask her if she had a certain collection available. Being slightly unfamiliar with the way the collection worked, she was still very unhelpful and unwilling to guide me along the process. I felt like I was an inconvenience and will not be shopping here or recommending it to anyone in the future.

I was really excited to try on dresses when I came here. However, the staff was really rude and didn't bother helping me. I had to wander around the store and when I asked for a certain style, the employee told me it was ugly. The dress I wanted was under $500, and she told me the prettier version was $14,000. When I told her I didn't want to try on the dress out of my budget, she said that I wasn't worth her time and walked away.

I do not suggest going here if you have a small budget and a simple style; they only take care of rich people.
