La reduction sur le site ne correspond a rien! Après "grosse"reduction mon rabot m a coûté 206e alors que sans reduc sur n importe quel site il est a 189! La blague. J me suis fait avoir!

Order not received after 2 months and many phone calls.
I have used Brico Prive many times without any problem. This occasion has been a nightmare. I ordered insulation back at the beginning of May and we are now in July and I still have not had my delivery. It was sent back once due to them not paying for the transport fees as it was a large quantity. The order was sent back after week of sitting in the transporter yard. I asked for it to be resent and it has not stayed in another transporter yard for at least 3 weeks. They have not paid the fees again and I have called both the transporter and the Brico Prive rep on any occasions. I have been told by BP that they will get back to me in 48 hours but they have never come back to me. I have always had to call.
I am trying to restore a house but it's taking forever as the order is slowing everything down.
I would like BP to pay me the transport costs and I will go and collect the order myself. I will not do this until I have received at least 300 euros from them for costs and aggravation.
