No answer since more than a month ...after 4 messages

HI

I am sorry to write this message becasuse I was very interesting with brickstarter but my registration process is a nightmare since more than a month ; I tried to contact them and their answers were very limited ...yet I got , at the time , some answers ...I did process to register as a company but on the website it's unclear because neither individual or company is selected and I got an error message . Contacted them 4 times with either the online form or the email ...but nobody cares ,nobody answers ... in more than a month . Hope they make me change my mind ...
