Knowing you can ring Brew Crew with a contact name, they will always look after you with any request. Staff (Kieran), the delivery person (Dermot) and the bar staff on the day (Brian and Emma) were all brilliant people to deal with. Very pleasant experience on the 20th of April'2023.

Unfortunately the wrong products were sent which was attributed to an error by a new staff member. Subsequent delivery arrived but after my preferred date. All communications via email only, no phone messages were returned. All previous experiences have been positive.

Web site not calculating bill correctly.l and is difficult to use. All complete via telephone calls and emails.
