Can you let me have some more details please... when you say you have emailed and still not received your extra glass, have you had a reply from us about it? If not it could be that we haven't actually received your email.
If that's not the case, we have replied and still nothing has arrived, please let us know - if you can DM via Facebook, that will definitely reach us.
I received a parcel from them which is…
I received a parcel from them which is damaged and did not contain the beer mats as advertised. On the website it states that no matter what the reason they will accept returns and they fund the return postage. I emailed and was told that I could send the parcel back at my own cost and could then receive a refund. I explained and sent proof of what is on their website regarding the return postage and was told they do not do this anymore. Now they are not replying to my emails at all and I still have the damaged parcel which was meant to be a Christmas present. Do not use this company, their customer service is absolutely terrible!!

Since this review was posted I have returned the parcel and received a refund for that cost, however, they are disputing refund of the return postage cost. Their first reply was a complete refusal and once I sent them their reply to my review they offered to pay half. I replied to say that they had stated they would refund this cost and yet again they are ignoring my emails.
With regard to their reply, the website still states that they accept returns for any reason, that they will refund return postage costs and that you get beermats included.
I have never previously given a 5 star review to this company as you can see if you click on my profile. Although I am happy to recommend any company that gives good service or supplies great products, this is not one of them.
This whole experience has been a negative one and I would think twice before using this company.

Hi, thanks for your review. It is true, the returns process has changed and I'm not sure why the website hasn't been updated to reflect this, so sincere apologies.
We don't offer a free returns label anymore but we are entirely happy to refund postage once we have received an item back, which was stated in the reply. I'm not quite sure why you haven't yet returned it but please do so and we will reimburse the cost.
There was a time before Christmas when we ran out of beer mats and so removed the offer from the website. I presume it was during that period when you placed the order.
As for not replying to emails, that doesn't sound like us; can you tell me when you last wrote to us please, as we may not actually have received your latest message.
You have previously given us a 5 star review so it's disappointing that we haven't met your expectations this time around.

Excellent product, company had a slight delivery delay issue but the communication was great throughout.
Bought this product as a present and nearly kept it myself because it looks very nice.

Great products and great customer service
Ordered a gift set for Christmas. Was kept up to date with details for delivery and order arrived quickly. Packaging and beers all look great and will be a brilliant gift to give at Christmas. Great service, would definitely order from here again.

Bad experience
I made a purchase on october 8, today I received an e-Mail where they told me that my order has been canceled. the money has been debited from my account and I don't have my products.
nobody answers my e-mails or the phone number that appears on the website.
I don’t know what happened but my experience with this brand hasn’t been good.

Hello Mariadaniela, thanks for your review. Apparently we only received a first email from you yesterday evening and that is after I had replied directly to a message you sent to us on Facebook. This is what it said:
"Hi, Unfortunately I have some bad news... We had believed that we had sorted the problems with sending the beer to Spain (every European country now needs a different solution, following Brexit) and have had a few initial orders delivered without issue. However in the the last 24 hours, we have had a number of boxes returned without being delivered.
It now seems that as well as the documents we had included, we are also required to issue a certificate for the beer mats in the pack specifically, because apparently "they will be in contact with foodstuffs".
It has also become apparent that the customer also has to provide a certificate to Customs declaring that the beer they buy is due for personal consumption. It's beyond a joke. I'm really sorry but we have been left with no alternative other than to cancel all orders to Spain that have not been sent and remove the country (again) from the list of countries we can supply.
Sincere apologies, I will process a full refund right away."
The refund should now be on its way to you, although it may take a few days to arrive. Once again, very sorry but we have tried to sort the issue as quickly as we could.
