The most knowledgable guy. Very helpful after three (so far) times of ringing him to ask for advice.
And good prices for equipment.

superb customer service.

They found out after purchase that it wasn't in stock. Instead of taking the easy route and just refunding me, they made a point of ringing me up and upgrading the beer taps I'd ordered, even refusing to take extra payment for the upgrade.
