Arrived after 4 days (but it was over the weekend), with 2 missing taps (but arrived later), sterilizing powder spilled all over the lager (but sent another one), wine out of date, (just checked & still don't notice a mention to this on website).

Hi, Unfortunately the taps were missed from the original order, but we realised the mistake and they were sent (and arrived) the following day. The steriliser was damaged in transit, so we sent you the larger version by way of an apology. I believe you ordered on a Thursday afternoon, so it was sent on the Friday to arrive on Monday. The wine kit had the Best Before date in the title of the product, and was reduced in price. I'm sorry if we didn't meet your expectations with this order, but I believe we have done everything we could to address your concerns. Kind Regards, the team at Brew day.

I placed the order and was astonished…
I placed the order and was astonished at the cost of transport. It was the most expensive delivery cost that I have ever spent on such an order.
I noticed that the grain seems under crushed. There are a lot of undamaged grains. I don't know if this is a fault.
The explanatory notes are good. No complaints there.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I've reviewed the options for shipping to your address and found that Fedex, DHL and Parcel Force are all quoting the same price, and the amount we have charged you just covers our costs. We are reluctant to use cheaper couriers as we believe the reduced standard of service makes it a false economy.
With regards the grains, this is the setting we use when brewing and we always hit our numbers. If you are having any issues please drop us an email and we'll discuss what we can do going forward.

Great value, fresh grains and top service
Great value and very friendly service. An item was missed on my order which Brew-Day noticed on my way home. They text me and sent it next day delivery. The shop itself is a difficult to find as it’s within an old business centre however they are moving to a roadside unit in the New Year. Grains were well packaged and super fresh. Will be my go to supply store in future.
