Dear Elina, There is nothing wrong with loose leaf tea. It's no different than, there is nothing wrong with taking the train when you go on holiday in Europe, but still - people they fly. Your review is not fair for the following reasons. If you study a little bit about the teamarket, then you would learn that most people use teabags due to convenience. ONLY very few use loose whole leaf which is a terrible shame because teabag tea is so many times poorer than real whole leaf tea. If you buy a fruit tea as a teabag, that tea has never been anywhere close to real fruits. In our fruit teas we have real fruit bits etc etc... Our chamomile tea we have real chamomile flowers and in a laboratory test we proved that our chamomile tea brewed in our Teabrewer is 50 times richer on taste and functional ingredients than a teabag with chamomile tea from a premium brand. FURTHERMORE, you say that we pretend to be 'so eco-friendly' - just because we want to sell something. We do not pretend to be sustainable, this we have been from day one. We were one of the first coffee companies focusing on premium single estate coffee and selling Fair trade ++ and promoting the real provenance. On every product and every piece of marketing we promote the fact that our Coffeebrewers and Teabrewers have been designed to be used MULTIPLE times. We have customers who have used/reused our brewers 80 times. Also, for every kg. of CO2 we use in the manufacturing of our brewers, we replace this CO2 by planting trees in Tanzania. Also, for every kg. of plastic that we use, we pay Plastic Bank to collect plastic waste from nature, stopping it to reach the oceans - and it is being recycled. Basically, we are paying to clean-up what other companies and people have neglected to take responsibility for. In fact, although we are a very very small company, and although we have suffered negative results in the past - we have been responsible and we have paid more than EUR 35.000,- in 2018 and 2019 to be responsible and sustainable. In other words, we have borrowed money to do the right thing. Maybe you can understand, why your remark is totally off the mark and not fair. Sometimes, a bit of research would be a good thing, before writing a review...?! However, if you can guarantee us that you have never taken a plane to travel when you could have used a train or ferry OR that you have never taken the car when you could have travelled by bike, bus or train.... OR that every time you have chosen the un-sustainable solution, then you have clima-compensated your unnescessary polution, then you are not in a position to criticise us for what we are and what we do... Thank you for the feedback. We are terribly sorry for all the delays caused by shipping companies. It is not the same with all web shops, some deliver parcels on time, some struggle really hard. We have signed an agreement with a new carrier and really hope to improve our delivery time.
