Great service great product

I wasn’t home to receive the package however they delivered it to a safe place and the product was wonderful! My loved one thoroughly enjoyed the fun of an advent calendar that wasn’t simply chocolate

Only 1 thing arrived and charged for 2, no response from Company

Keep trying to get through to this Company but you dont get a response.

I only got one parcel, but I was charged for 2. Says x2 on the box which is impossible for the size of box the 1 arrived in

I just want a refund for the missing one.

I see this company on Insta all the time and I decided to just go with it but I think they are maybe a little over run with Orders.

The 2nd item was meant for a christmas present but if the 1st one hadn't arrived for the birthday party I would of had to get another gift from somewhere 😩

Poor delivery to Uk

I have ordered advent calendars and other products for many years from this company with no issues . The product itself is faultless. The problem arises with delivery to UK. Brew Company use UPS - not the most reliable couriers. For some reason Brew Company despatched my two 2025 advent calendars to a convenience store a couple of miles from my home which no longer accepts UPS deliveries. I did not request this. I wasted so much time tracking down my parcel. UPS are very difficult to communicate with. UPS were in process of returning product back to Denmark due to being undeliverable. Fortunately the package had been routed via a warehouse here in my hometown. I visited the warehouse and requested they intercept the returning package and ring me when it arrived back there. Fortunately a helpful gentleman did This for me and I eventually managed to collect my delivery. However this should not have happened. I asked for home delivery not delivery to a drop off. Please reconsider your choice of UK courier company to a more reliable company and only send parcels to requested address not some random collection point

Poor customer service

I have been ordering Christmas coffee advent calendars for a few years now. Tried ordering again now for two of them and it states free delivery yet when you go to checkout they want to charge £10 delivery. Contacted them asking how I unlock the free postage as detailed on their website but four emails ignored. Not professional at all. Seems customer satisfaction is not valued by this company. Disappointed as I have never had a problem before. Sort it out brew company.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered and after a long 3 week wait package was tampered with and empty. Advised Brewy via email a long time to respond. Have not taken responsibility and said I can order again with 20% discount. This issue now going 2 months takes a week to get an email response. No trust here! Tried to find number to contact. None found. Still waiting for email response. Just want refund now. Horrible experience and Brewy don’t care!!!!

Before buying, they were very quick with replies etc. now that I want a refund, they haven't responded for 2 days. First time using this company, never again.

Advent calendar is not bad at all

I got the coffee brew in a bag advent calendar and I am very pleasantly surprised.

You have to follow the instruction and brew 8 minutes. For me 400 ml of water.

You get to taste different origins in a simple sachet and it works quite well. Price was also not bad for 24 days of two cups of coffee.

Item not delivered

Ordered the coffee Advent calendar from this company based in Denmark to arrive well in time. Did not arrive for the start of Advent. Tried to contact initially by emails, no one bothered to respond. When finally someone did, they said not their responsibility, and asked me to chase the delivery company !! Not a single word of apology ! Worst service ever, don't order anything from this company !

Low quality, stale coffee beans

I have ordered coffee beans advent calendar however the beans were stale. When I used it for coffee machine it was showing as under extracting and the coffee did not have any crema on top.
I used other brand beans after to test whether it is coffee machine issue or beans and it had thick crema therefore the issue is definitely beans. Considering the premium price, very disappointing.

Bad marketing, worse customer service.

Bought their coffee and tea advent calendars. Coffee calendar was great! Tea calendar, however, was not. I think only 3 or 4 out of the 25 days actually contained real tea. The rest were all herbal mixes! So disappointing! I'm fine with herbal teas, but at this level it feels like false advertisement. As far as I could tell, there was no indication that the calender was mostly herbal, so I was really very frustrated. But even worse, I reached out to the Brew Company in January to voice my disappointment, and they still haven't responded more than a month later! Therefore, this trustpilot review. Bad product descriptions, but terrible customer service. It really sucks, because I liked the coffee calendar.

They are the best

They are the best!
Me and my mother are massive fans of their coffee, extemely helpful customer service, especially Fred is a star.
We had some issues with our order and they helped us at the earliest convenience to resolve everything.
Amazing quality of their coffee, highly recommended!

I received my order only it wasn’t my…

I received my order only it wasn’t my order. I saw an ad for a coffee advent calendar on Instagram, clicked buy, entered my details and paid £45.

When I received the delivery it was a tea advent calendar. When I said I think there’s been a mistake they blamed me for clicking the wrong thing. I didn’t know they sold tea, I saw an advert for coffee and followed the steps to buy. I did not search, I was led by an advert.

The brew company state they don’t accept returns so I can’t return it, and will not give me a refund. I bought this as a present for my partner who loves coffee and now I’m so dissapointed, not only have they accepted no responsibility, I cannot myself fix the problem (even though it is categorically not my fault) and they have offered no solution.

Please do not buy this product

Unexpected wonderful experience

I was really sceptical at first, but I trusted my gut and ordered the „advent calendar”. It consist of 25 different sachets filled with ground coffee, allowing you to experience different sensations every day. One sachet contains around 10-12 g of ground coffee, you have options of how much water you want to pour in and for how long to brew in order to get desired taste. If poured to get medium strength - you get regular mug, 300 mg. Should you wish to share with another person, either get smaller cups - 150 ml or get two sets of coffee. For me, sachet is for one person only 😁 The processing took a little longer than originally expected, but the customer service was exceptional, super efficient and amazingly responsive, I can’t praise the team enough. Coffee is great, all packs contain different coffee, different blends, from different origins, different strengths and different aromas, so it’s great to actually find what you really like and learn that every blend, every origin have huge differences in taste and aroma. It probably is obvious for some, but for me, regular coffee lover, who used to buy almost always same ground coffee from the chain supermarket, it was truly eye opening experience. Definitely will stick with exploring depths of coffee flavours, thank you so much for this Brew Company! You are doing it right, keep it up ☺️

Terrible service

The service was terrible, we waited for 2 hours for our dinner and finally didn't get what we ordered. We were treated very rudely and irresponsibly when we asked for the order. I've never tried anything worse in all of Sweden. Terrible!!
