I can’t recommend Brett highly enough as a trainer. From the very beginning, his teaching style completely removed any anxieties I had—especially since it had been such a long time since I’d last been in a classroom environment. He has a natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.
The way Brett delivers the information is clear, engaging, and easy to understand. What really sets him apart are the real-life experiences and stories he shares throughout the course. They bring the material to life and make the learning experience both practical and memorable. Thanks to his approach, my time being taught by Brett was genuinely enjoyable and something I won’t forget.
I’m proud to say I passed my exams with flying colours, and so did the entire class—people of all ages and from all walks of life. That really speaks volumes about Brett’s ability as an instructor.
Brett is a true gentleman, an inspiration, and an absolute credit to the security industry. Anyone who has the opportunity to be trained by him is in excellent hands.

Honestly Brett was the best, he made the entire learning process a breeze and really took into account a physical injury I had and made the course more accessible for me.

Honestly had a really good experience doing my physical intervention training with Brett. The whole session was actually fun and engaging instead of the usual boring training days. Brett explained everything really clearly, made everyone feel comfortable, and kept the energy up the whole time. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and he makes the learning practical and easy to understand. Definitely one of the best training sessions I’ve been to. Highly recommend Brett if you’re doing physical intervention training or any other services.

I had the pleasure of attending one of Brett’s security industry courses, and it was an excellent experience. His delivery went far beyond simply presenting slides — he shared valuable real-world experience and encouraged insightful contributions from others in the room as well. Brett’s passion for his profession is clear, and it truly enhances the learning experience. I would highly recommend him for any future training.

Brett is great at what he does. Answered every question honestly and I actually really enjoyed my training with him. Friendly and approachable hopefully get the chance to do more training with him in the future

I recently completed my CCTV course with Brett, and he was amazing from start to finish. He greeted everyone individually with a handshake, and from the very beginning you could tell he truly knows his job. His knowledge is incredible, and he knows how to read his audience and adapt to everyone’s needs — especially those who don’t have English as their first language.

One thing I really appreciated is that he always used the word “team,” which created trust and boosted everyone’s morale. I personally struggle with reading and writing, but Brett took his time with me and made sure I understood everything fully.

If you’re considering this course, I highly recommend doing it with Brett. He goes above and beyond, and you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

The trainer took time to explain things properly, we worked as a small group which gave us time to ask questions, very well thought out training and no pressure was placed on us to get things correct 1st time, we were shown a how to do certain things a better way, would recommend 100%.

You can tell Brett has great knowledge and experience. Confidence in getting you through the course and exam.Showing you serious parts giving you the confidence to learn and understand.

Superb knowledgeable trainer, I did a 3 day course with him and was made to feel comfortable and at ease during the training sessions. The same can be said for when sitting the exams. All around a great experience.

We recently completed our Martyn's Law training with Brett, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to better understand this important legislation. Brett was incredibly knowledgeable and delivered the session in a clear, engaging, and approachable way. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure everyone regardless of their role or background could follow and understand the key points.

His use of real-life examples and practical advice really helped bring the subject to life and made it relevant to our day-to-day responsibilities. The session was informative, well-structured, and left us feeling much more confident in our responsibilities under Martyn’s Law.

I got trauma 1st aid training, yesterday through work with Brett.
The training was great, lots of information through power points, video clips, discussions and lots of hands on practice.

Would highly recommend, hope I get the fire Marshall training next time Brett comes to my workplace.

Brett and his associates are utilised for all training requirements for my staff, and today's topics was no exception.

Brett, once again proved why he is the best in the business and not just good at reading a PowerPoint, his knowledge, experiance ,understanding and ability to make any course subject interesting and keep students engaged is first class. I could not recommend Brett and any his associates highly enough.

3 day first aid at work course, trainer Phil Jameson great guy. The Course was very interesting so relaxed we were all happy with the explanation of First Aid in great detail in simple terms, this made the course much more interesting .As a whole the course was great would highly recommend.

The training provided was in depth and very informative The trainer presented the course very well and any questions he was asked he answered and put every one at ease.
