Attentive Service!
I most appreciate the one-on-one attention and the specific, timely answers to questions--no matter how many I asked. When I was shopping for a UK tour in December, I asked questions on two or three websites. Bressenden was the only entity who replied, and the manager and I began a wonderful email correspondence that ended with my family booking a Costsavers UK tour as well as an Evan Evans London tour. He took my credit information over the phone at a time convenient to me in the USA and supported my planning at every stage. When he wasn't 100% sure of the answers, the manager at Bressenden still gave me helpful suggestions for finding my own answers. He arranged airport transfers and gave great tips to make us feel secure in our travel plans, which went smoothly. We had a truly wonderful time!

Booking a tour to the Lake DIstrict was made effortless by the efficient and helpful advice and info we received. All the info arrived promptly and Douglas responded to other questions that were not part of the tour - how to get trains in Britain. The B&B recommeded was fantastic and was the tour company, Rabbies, and the guide, Darren. We even received reminders and itenerary just days before the trip. Excellent experience thanks to the arrangements made for us.

Excellent help in planning and organising
Douglas Moss explained all the minor details of the holiday to me prior to booking the trip. So I was very confident that I was getting what I wanted and only rightly so the trip to Egypt was amazing experience. I went with my son who is 18 years old. Both of us did not want to leave also we were in Egypt 12 days at the time of our departure. I am definitely going back there as I want to explore more! I am sure that Douglas will find another exiting adventure for me.

u3a Paris Tour with Van Gogh Exhibition
It was a chance internet search that led me to Douglas from Bressenden Travel. I am so pleased that it did as I have been completely satisfied in all that he has done for us. We are a u3a group of travellers from Nottingham and wanted a 4 day trip to Paris. Douglas organised the whole itinerary catching up with me regularly to ensure everything was to my liking. Every aspect from Euro Star to the hotel in the Latin Quarter and close to the sites to tickets for the Big Bus to tickets for the Van Gogh exhibition and to places on the River Seine cruise with dinner worked perfectly.
I plan to use Douglas from Bressenden Travel for other group trips in the future and look forward to further support and guidance from him.

The hotel in the Latin quarter had easy…
The hotel in the Latin quarter had easy access to all the main attractions. The transport provided was perfect., as was the guided tour of Montmartre and the transfers from Euro Star to hotel and back. Would recommend Bressenden without hesitation.

Outstanding service. We were a little nervous booking this holiday as it was our first trip away with our baby, we put all the planning in the hands of the very professional Douglas.
