Bought a hoverboard for my granddaughter, she loves it , works great. Had questions before ordering, customer service was great! Delivery was fast, ordered it a week before Christmas, and it was delivered in 3 days, even with the crazy Christmas season. Thanks for the great service!!!

So the thing is very cool, no question. Intuitive, sensitive, whole family has enjoyed it... The battery life is questionable. We followed directions, and my kids who weigh about 100 lbs might, might get 2 hours worth roaming around the house. The specs say 2-6 hours with a max speed of 20km/hr. This should not be interpreted as up to 40 km of distance with a minimal weight. The speed might be 20 km, but beeps in distress when my son got zipping on it. Shipping was prompt and had only a small delay, which is understandable so close to Christmas. The test of the battery over time TBD.

Bought 3 Hummer Hoverboards for Christmas, arrived quickly. One didn't work out of the box and it was a no hassle process to exchange.

My delivery instructions were a little confusing. The customer service agent called me the next morning after I placed my order to confirm my wishes. I also had a few questions regarding other products on the site. He answered all of my questions and was really easy to talk to. I knew it was a company I could trust! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering making purchases of hover boards etc! Top notch company hands down!!

Glad I went with this store. Called them and asked all sorts of questions before I purchased. They answered all of them. Board is awesome! Better then I thought it would be. Got the 10" tire version. Great for gravel roads etc. Battery life is pretty good so far. I have no doubt after all the follow up emails from owner just to see if i was satisfied that if I have a problem they will honor the warranty if needed. Kids love it...so do I !

Excellent product and with superb and friendly service. My daughter loves it. Pros: self balances, speed is great, rotating both sides is awesome.
Cons: a suggestion would be to add a feature where you could turn on/off the voice activation command or at least an option to lower the volume.
