Brembo does not honor its warranty or its word

From my experience, I would never buy a Brembo product again. I Used the Brembo website to find brakes for my 2017 Ram Promaster Cty Tradesman van. Brembo website states rotor is Brembo 09.N248.12 rotor. This rotor does not fit as seen in the attached picture. I addressed this with the Brembo Store, because using the Brembo North America website to address this is practically impossible. Purchased over 30 days ago, so want to make a warranty return. I believe Brembo North America purposely discourages warranty returns by making it extremely difficult to address a needed return. For a warranty return, as shown to me by the Brembo Store, you have to send paperwork first and then the product, if approved, back to Italy at your own expense. Tried addressing my issue with the Customer Service and Supply Chain Analyst at Brembo North America. This person, per e-mail information provided to me, forwarded my concerns to her boss and logistics at Brembo North America. She communicated to me that I would either hear back from her, her boss, or logistics. I didn't hear back from any of them. Prior to contacting this Customer Service and Supply Chain Analyst, I called the corporate number and spoke with the Aftermarket Technical Representative. This representative verified the Brembo Rotors specified by Brembo North America to fit my vehicle actually did not. This representative also verified that no Brembo rotors fit my vehicle. I have attached a picture of the fit of this Brembo rotor. As you can see, the hub hole is the wrong size. The lug pattern is also wrong. As of 12/30/25, 16 weeks after Brembo Aftermarket confirms the rotor does not fit, Amazon, Napa, Advanced Auto, and Autozone websites all still claim this rotor fits the Promaster City Tradesman when it does not. Brembo Store took 9+ weeks to update. I contacted O'Reilly Auto Parts through online review - they deleted this fitment from their website. If I can make this happen, why can't Brembo? Is Brembo updating its own database that is being used by these distributors? Does Brembo make it clear to its distributors that an application was removed from its database and hence needs to be removed from the distributors database? I contacted the Executive Secretary at Brembo North America and asked her for a contact in Italy where I could lodge a complaint about the North American Operation of Brembo. Instead, the Executive Secretary forwarded my complaint to the VP of Brembo Aftermarket on 9/23/25. The VP of Brembo Aftermarket called me that afternoon and offered to supply me with Brembo Swag instead of warranty re-imbursement. I considered that as a justifiable insult and refused the offer. Why on earth would I want Brembo swag after going through this? Upon re-evaluation of my issue, and after talking with his colleagues, the VP of Aftermarket called me that same evening and asked for my address and the amount I paid for the rotors. I provided the info and was told I would receive re-imbursement. That was 14 weeks ago and I have not received re-imbursement. Texted the VP of aftermarket for a status update, but received no response. No surprises there!! Unsuspecting people like myself can still buy the wrong part, from Brembo distributors, based on inaccuracies that Brembo created. From my own perspective, I can only personally conclude, that Brembo North America personnel, assigned the responsibilities to support customers do not understand the wants, needs, and expectations of its customers. Also, in my opinion, Executive Management isn't concerned about its corporate image. Further, in my opinion, Brembo North America does not have an Executive Management team that leads by example, instills trust to its customers, and demonstrates a commitment to customer care. My personal advice to Brembo - Make up for your mistakes, learn from them, respect your customers, show integrity, have credibility, and offer a product warranty that has some degree of usefulness! I am publishing this as a matter of principle. Stay tuned for more.
