I bought the Rotho Biala XL kattlåda, in white. It is actually light gray. Came very dirty, and with a bonus: a cockroach. As someone who has a phobia of bugs, I would have preferred a plastic cat toy as a gift.

Therefore, I hope you have been in contact with us and the issue has been resolved. It is always important to inform us if there is any damage to the products. In such cases, we always ask to receive a photo.

Don’t order dog food here. They are extremely slow. Still waiting for my order ( 8 days now). Terrible company. Whatever you do, don’t order here, unless you want to wait for a month to receive what you paid for, or don’t get it at all.

Eftersom vi är baserade i Holland brukar vi leverera inom ca. 5 arbetsdagar till Sverige.
