One week after since I placed my order…
One week since I placed my order and still not shipped. Impossible to reach customer support. My emails are left unanswered.

Good price but delivery was longer than expected
Bought there one time, they had competitive prices on dog food. However the process and delivery times were longer than expected and longer than the competitors. It took the food about one week to arrive.

Nothing wrong with the product
Nothing wrong with the product. The delivery was horrendous! It was ordered two weeks before it was EVENTUALLY delivered past 9.00pm at night! I do not blame the delivery driver. Poor man must have been exhausted! The drivers have FAR TOO MANY deliveries to make! DPD has been appalling!

This was the first time I had ordered from Brekz. I was impressed with the selection they have and the prices are excellent. I got my usual dog food for less than I expected. Ordering was easy and delivery was free and quick. Thank you.

Have had a couple of good experiences…
Have had a couple of good experiences with ordering and delivery. My last order hasn’t arrived 4 weeks after placing the order. DPL say the delivery number Brekz gave me doesn’t exist. I have emailed Brekz 3 times with no response and there is no phone number to contact them. A total waste of 80 euros just before Christmas!

Loyal customer?
I’ve been ordering from Brekz for years for our Rhodesian Ridgeback (33 kg). I also volunteer at our local animal shelter and purchase treats for the animals. Usually my order is large and goes through quickly and I am content with the process. Unfortunately, on my last order Brekz made an error in the packing. Instead of 3 bags of 500 treats they only included 1 although I was charged for 3. I contacted customer service and asked that the missing packs be sent. They would not ship the remaining 2 packs because it didn’t meet the shipping minimum. They did credit me the amount owed. I’m disappointed that since the error was theirs they should have rectified it by sending the missing packs and covered the shipping costs.
