The package was not delivered for more than 2 weeks.

Good quality products and customer service

The confirmation of the order and the first day (Monday) of tracking information had been sent immediately (Holland). The next information followed on Friday, informing me that the delivery is estimated to happen between 9:30 and 12:30. Meanwhile, several messages arrived but were not read, informing that there would be no door delivery, but a pick up at the Indian shop. All in all, disaster.

I have not received yet the Royal Canin Puppy Medium, I do not need it now.

Bought Nutrivet dog food , price was quite good and quick delivery.

Except the courier service (DPD) which you use and it is terrible, everything else was fine

Pros:
- I got what I ordered
- No damage

Cons:
- I didn't know the package comes from the Netherlands as it wasn't written anywhere until I had already ordered the products. I honestly thought they had a depo/stock here in Austria. If I would have known, I would have chosen a local shop or a seller nearby (as it's not too eco-friendly to order a pack of cat food from another country every month, even if the price is good)
- DPD as the only available delivery choice: I ordered the package to my workplace as I usually do. For the 1st time (Friday) they sent an email that they came out but couldn't find the address (?) so they didn't deliver it. I contacted DPD via chat and asked if I could pick it up myself at one of the pick up shops on the same day (as it was quite urgent), but they didn't answer the question, just kept saying that Brekz didn't give them the proper address/company name, which is weird as it was clearly written in the address field. They kept asking for the company name to deliver it again on Monday. I continued asking if I could pick it up the same day (Friday) or the next day (Saturday), so eventually they answered and said no, I could only do that (again, picking it up MYSELF) on Monday..so I said fine, just deliver it on Monday then. And on Monday, the magic happened: I got an update email about the package, where I could literally follow the DPD truck live on the map until it arrived! This clearly shows that they didn't even try to deliver it on Friday as this live-following option wasn't available for the 'first' try, only for the 'second' attempt.

Altogether: Good prices and products, but the distance (NL to AT) and the bad delivery + DPD customer service ruined the overall experience. This was the first time I ordered from here and I'm not sure about a second time.

I orderd dog food, because i have no car and in vienna there´s not much stores in my area who are offering this special dog food. I was at work when the delivery car came, but i put a sheet in front of the building for the parcel company, that they may please give it to neighbours in case i was not home. i not sure what your influence is on the package company, but maybe tell them, some people just buy through your site, because they cant drag 28kg without car and that its senseless, if they have to do it anyway from parcel shop to their homes.

I've placed an order 8 days ago. And I'm still waiting the delivery. Two cats should be hungry because there was some problem.
If the company can't guarantee a delivery there is no need to write delivery time.

Very disappointed! My dog has been ill & i have spent a long time reading lots of reviews on dog foods for sensitive stomach & skin decided to order the purina sensitive dog food from Brekz.at on the Monday & the order arrived on the Wednesday to find they had sent the wrong product.
phoned them on the Wednesday & they ask me to send a picture of the food which i did right away then hear late Friday afternoon to then send a copy of the invoice which i have done & they still haven't sent the correct product. This is the first time i have used Brekz so not a very good first expereince.
