Two nights is enough
This hotel is tired and needs a total refit.
For a couple of days it’s ok but no longer than that.
The food is school dinner standard and the drinks unless you are in the piano bar are second rate.
The staff looking after guests work very hard especially Merrilyn who works in the Italian Asian and Garden of Eden restaurants and G the butler. The entertainment team try but are amateurish Mary has a problem with white people and doesn’t give them their prize if they win, I have first hand knowledge of this, she likes the sound of her own voice and plays up to the lifeguard.
There is a terrible smell of damp on the first floor inthe piano bar and hallway. I could go on late towels late duvet covers, smoking vaping and children running around even though it’s adult only. Should have taken notice of the reviews.
